Concerning power of attorney from Fatimah Baygum Khanum to Mirza Hasan Shaykh al-Islam
Mirza Hasan Shaykh al-Islam gains power of attorney over the affairs of Fatimah Baygum Khanum, widow of Muzaffar al-Saltanah Amir Tuman. The other letter, dated 2 May 1910, is from the Ministry of Justice in Tehran certifying that Mirza Hasan Shaykh al-Islam has power of attorney over the estate of Fatimah Baygum Khanum.

The inheritors of Khvurshid Khanum and Sultan Khanum (the daughters of Iskandar Khan Hashtrudi), Mirza Faridun Khan and Parviz Khan (sons of Khvurshid Khanum), Ghulam‘ali Khan and Husaynquli Khan the Colonel (sons of Khvurshid Khanum's daughter), Asad Allah Khan Yavar, Buyuk Khan Yavar, Mahdi Khan, and Ghafur Khan Ziya’ al-Sultan (sons of Sultan Khanum), claim the ownership of a property in the village of Chibni, which is currently in the possession of Habib Allah Sultan (the brother of Iskandar Khan the Colonel), Haji Baygum Khanum (Iskandar Khan's wife), and Taj Amal Khanum (his sister)....

Fakhr al-Saltanah's petition
Fakhr al-Saltanah complains to the Majlis about ʻAbbas Khan Sardar Rashid's seizure of her belongings and inherited property. The Majlis orders the Ministries of Justice and Finance to investigate the case. The Ministry of Justice orders the Ministry of Interior to deal with the issue.

Letter from Mu‘tamad al-Mulk to ‘Abd al-Husayn Mirza Farmanfarma, 1909
The writer, after mentioning his previous letter and not getting a reply from the addressee regarding the inheritance of the late ‘Izzat al-Dawlah, which was confiscated by the late Umm al-Khaqan for no reason despite the legitimate rights of the deceased's heirs, including the author himself, asks for a prompt consideration.

Settlement between Shaykh Mahdi and Ziya’ Najmabadi, 1955
Copy of a settlement on Ministry of Justice letterhead regarding a property (numbered 2170 to 2172) in the Shaykh Hadi neighborhood in Tehran. Aqa Mirza Muhammad Khan Najmabadi had inherited this property from his mother, Sakinah Khanum Kundushlu (Shaykh Hadi's wife). In 1947, he sold the property to his niece, Sadiqah Najmabadi. After Sadiqah Najmabadi's death in March of 1955, the property was inherited by her father, Shaykh Mahdi Najmabadi, and her husband, Ziya’ Najmabadi. According to this document, on November 12, 1955, Shaykh Mahdi sold his share to Ziya’ Najmabadi.

Claim of Sughra Khanum against Mahmud Mirza, 1923
Sughra Khanum makes a claim against Mahmud Mirza for her share of the inheritance from her husband Imamquli Mirza, and the lease of a ferry at Lake Rizaʼiyah. Addressing Mahmud Mirza, she writes on the letterhead of the Ministry of Justice: "based on what you wrote on the margin of the settlement of October 1923 (because based on the documents, the deceased Shahzadah had lent money to four people (Majd al-Saltanah, Rashid al-Saltanah, Sadiq al-Dialah Uskuyi, and ʻAli Aqa-yi Kurd), the share of Sughra Khanum from the inheritance (both her own eighth and her deceased daughter's share) is not...

Regarding Ismaʻil Bahrami's inheritance, 1948
A copy of the letter from Abu al-Qasim Taliqani regarding the inheritance of Ismaʻil Bahrami. The notice has been published in the newspapers three times and Ismaʻil Bahrami's inheritors have been confirmed as his three sons and five daughters. Each son's share is twice that of a daughter's. (There is no mention of the names of Ismaʻil Bahrami's wife, Saʻadat al-Saltanah [daughter of Saʻid Lashkar], and one of his sons, ʻIsa.)
